The MM+M Women of Distinction program honors healthcare executives who have significantly impacted their organization's success during the past year. Eligible organizations include biopharma companies, medical device and diagnostics firms, healthcare marketing and communications agencies and health media entities.
Previous Women of Distinction honorees have served in top leadership roles, including CEO, president, chair, EVP, SVP or managing director. Woman to Watch honorees have served in mid- to top-level roles, including VP, senior account director, account executive or account director.


NOMINATION RULES

  • All nominees must work in North America.
  • Women honored in prior years are not eligible for nomination in the same category.
  • Any person who identifies as a woman is eligible to be nominated.
  • Self-nominations are not permitted for Women of Distinction. Women to Watch can be self-nominated.
  • All entries must be submitted and paid for by January 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries can be accepted until January 17, but those submitted after the January 10 deadline will incur a late fee.
  • All information shared with MM+M will be considered on the record and may be included in the honoree’s profile and/or a program for the Women of Distinction event. If you do not want a piece of information to be shared publicly, please do not include it on the nomination form.

Nomination Questions
Women of Distinction and Women to Watch nominators should provide specific information about the role the nominee has played in the success of her organization. They should also provide details about the nominee’s efforts to elevate the role of women in society or business and details about their philanthropic work.


Please include information about the nominee’s:

  1. Job history [300 words max]
  2. Career accomplishments [300 words max]
  3. Industry contributions, which might include adjunct professorships and work with advocacy or trade groups. [300 words max]
  4. Efforts to promote D&I at the nominee’s organization. [200 words max]
  5. Activities and accomplishments not related to medical marketing. This might include details about the nominee’s charitable work, personal interests, academic distinctions and family life. [200 words max]
  6. Why is this individual a worthy candidate for the 2024 classes of Woman of Distinction or Woman to Watch? What makes her special? [300 words max]
